JoAnne M. Musick is a former Harris County Prosecutor having served in county courts, juvenile courts, and district courts as a trial lawyer, chief prosecutor (county court), and public integrity prosecutor. JoAnne is Board Certified in Juvenile Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. As an experienced trial attorney, JoAnne has tried numerous criminal and juvenile trials with an outstanding success rate, including the most serious of criminal offenses.

Earl D. Musick is a former Harris County Prosecutor and an honorably retired Houston Police Lieutenant. As a prosecutor, Earl served in county courts, juvenile courts, and district courts as a trial lawyer, handling many criminal and juvenile trials with excellent success. As a former police officer, Earl has a unique insight into criminal law and is able to utilize that experience in the defense of his clients.

Charles R. Kyle Vance brings a broad background in business law to your legal team. Kyle has built successful businesses from scratch and assisted in mergers and acquisitions. Kyle has also provided legal advice and representation in many civil business law matters including contract disputes, writs of sequestration, and creditor/property rights.  And, since joining our firm, Kyle has experienced great success in criminal and juvenile cases as well.  Kyle is a graduate of the Criminal Trial Lawyers College.

Amanda G. Downing has spent years during her undergraduate studies and during law school working with both criminal and civil cases. It is this experience coupled with her passion for the law and compassion for her client that serves our clients well.  Amanda is dedicated to finding solutions for her clients.  Amanda provides advice in all criminal, juvenile, and family law matters.
