At Musick & Musick, LLP, we believe every client deserves quality representation by experienced legal counsel. Whether facing a criminal, juvenile, family, or business law matter, quality representation requires personal attention and dedication.
The Houston trial lawyers at Musick & Musick understand that quality representation begins with a thorough and intensive consultation between the client and the attorney. Often, it can be difficult to conduct such an interview, maintain a strict attorney-client privilege, and gather the necessary information via telephone or electronic means; therefore, we highly recommend personal consultations in our office. Because this consultation process is so important to your case, we offer free initial consultations. To schedule a consultation with one of our trial lawyers, please contact Musick & Musick, LLP.
Houston Criminal Defense Lawyers & Family Law Attorneys
The Houston criminal defense lawyers at Musick & Musick, LLP have successfully prosecuted and defended criminal and juvenile cases throughout Texas while still maintaining a growing family law and business law practice. Our trial lawyers stay current of ever-changing practices and procedures in the law by participating in continuing education courses and various legal organizations. Because we provide personal attention and quality representation to every client, we cautiously limit the number of cases we accept. We also strive to maintain competitive fees which are based upon the type of case, the issues involved, and the experience of the particular Houston trial lawyer handling the matter.
Trial Lawyers Work as Team
Although a particular lawyer will be assigned to each case, our lawyers work together as a team to provide the best possible legal representation in each and every case. Sometimes the best legal representation will include the association of private investigators, experts, and other professionals when necessary. At Musick & Musick, LLP, we maintain close working relationships with many investigators and experts. Because we value our clients and strive to provide quality experienced representation, our partners, JoAnne Musick and Earl Musick, take an active role in all cases.
